• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

• No food or beverages (other than water) are permitted inside the studio.

• Renters are responsible for leaving the studio in the same condition as they found it.

• Damages or excessive cleaning fees will be charged to the renter's account.

• We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

• Smoking, illegal substances, and open flames are strictly prohibited on the premises.

• Cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice will forfeit the full rental fee.
